I am currently a PhD candidate at Simon Fraser University’s School of Interactive Arts and Technology.
My research focuses on generative interfaces that can enhance asset creation workflows in creativity suport tools. Essentially, UX for CAD/CAM. I read and write about creative cognition, creativity support tools, visual perception and human faces and finally evolutionary computing approaches. I also occasionally teach Game Design and 3D Art and Animation courses in my department. In a past life, I have worked as a Digital Art Director in advertising and later, as an augmented reality applications Designer and Developer.
